Direct ties with 9,000 users

In the Steel Frame Construction Supplies business, we provide supplies directly to approximately 9,000 customers, steel fabricators, nationwide. We have established our own business style focusing on the steel frame construction sector for a long time. We have a wide variety of supplies that the customers use in their daily business activities and directly deliver them from 45 sales offices nationwide to the customers by ourselves.

Core of flexible product policy, "direct"

In product sourcing, we have chosen the most efficient procurement method. We manufacture braces of earthquake-resistant structural supplies using our long-accumulated technology at 12 factories and procure many supplies including high strength bolts from specialized manufacturers. We respond to the customers' requirements by product diversity including OEM products under Furusato brand.

Direct delivery by local inventory

In order to immediately deliver a broad range of efficiently procured products to serve "immediate needs" at construction sites, we have established the sales offices with necessary supplies close to the customers, and created systems and responsibilities to make the emergency delivery of a bolt possible. When customers work in different areas from their bases, for example, customers in Kyusyu do construction works in Tokyo, we can serve them through our nationwide network.

Direct response to customers' feedback

In the long-term direct relationships with the customers, we have established structures to compile elements appreciated by the customers and provide them as our services to the customers. We will develop new structures, reflecting the diversified needs of the customers, with the aim of being an indispensable service supplier.
